We are currently looking for a motivated Junior Risk Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Key outcomes
- Review and process risk alerts related to casino activities and payments while adhering to our internal quality standards.
- Monitor player activity to detect and flag suspicious behavior or potential fraudulent activity during your shift.
- Apply established procedures to resolve various casino and payment-related cases.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to help us refine and improve our operational workflows.
- Ensure management is promptly informed of any anomalies or irregularities you identify.
- Maintain a consistent presence by working a rotating 5/2 schedule, which includes morning, evening, and night shifts.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience working in risk management, fraud detection, payments, or the broader fintech sector.
- Strong numerical proficiency and advanced skills in Excel.
- An Upper-Intermediate level of proficiency in English.
- A high level of attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work reliably both independently and within a team environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Practical experience using Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with various reporting tools used in risk analysis.
