Technical Functional Architect at Urgenci

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Functional Architect to join our team in the United States. Our company focuses on complex retail technology solutions, and we need someone who can bridge the gap between high-level business goals and the technical execution required to achieve them. What you'll be doing

• You will design and implement robust application solutions using Java, Spring, and microservices, while leveraging Azure Cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability.
• You will serve as the primary expert for Xstore POS implementations, managing everything from Xadmin and Xenvironment to Xoffice and Xcenter to ensure our retail operations run smoothly.
• You will translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements, creating detailed workflow diagrams and documentation such as BRDs and FRDs to guide our development cycles.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise and strong communication skills in English. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Java, SQL, Web Services, and Oracle databases, ideally complemented by skills in Linux/Unix and iOS development.
• Proven success with Xstore 17 or higher, including experience with the BI Publisher reporting framework.
• A deep understanding of DevOps practices and proficiency with tools like Eclipse IDE, Jira, and Confluence.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within an iterative or Agile delivery framework.
• Bonus points if you have specific experience with Oracle Retail Pharmacy setups or expertise in tuning Java and Oracle applications for peak performance.
