The role
We are seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position designed for a proactive individual who can take ownership of our brand presence. You will be the voice of Syndr across our digital channels, ensuring our community remains engaged, informed, and supported as we continue to scale our platform.
Core responsibilities
- Manage our social media presence by maintaining a consistent content schedule and crafting engaging posts across platforms like Twitter, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Act as a proactive moderator to foster a positive community environment, responding promptly to inquiries and providing accurate information to our users.
- Drive growth and brand awareness by conducting outreach to influencers and industry experts, as well as organizing virtual events, podcasts, and AMA sessions.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in the following areas:
- Proven experience in community or social media management within the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Deep understanding of crypto derivatives, including options, futures, and perpetuals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Proficiency with social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize our engagement strategies.
- Strong organizational skills to manage partnership initiatives and event coordination effectively.
- A creative and analytical mindset, with a self-motivated approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
