About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager, Content & Creator Strategy on a Full Time basis. In this position you will shape and grow our creator ecosystem, blending brand storytelling with performance marketing to expand reach and drive measurable results across social and creator-led channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand our influencer, UGC, and thought-leadership programs across organic, paid, affiliate, and gifting initiatives.
- Build and nurture a network of creators and brand ambassadors whose content aligns with our clinical credibility and brand voice.
- Lead cross-channel UGC strategy, ensuring assets perform across social, paid media, web, and lifecycle marketing while managing budgets and tracking ROI.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand marketing within high-growth environments.
- Proven success building and scaling multi-channel creator or UGC programs that deliver both brand affinity and performance outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and LinkedIn, and what drives content performance on each.
- Strong people-management experience leading direct reports as well as external partners or contractors.
- Ability to operate strategically and hands-on-setting vision while also writing briefs, scripts, and guiding day-to-day execution.
- Commitment to partnering with Legal and Medical teams to keep all content accurate and compliant.
