We are building a product that helps families and are expanding into the UK market. As our new Growth Lead you will shape the entire user acquisition strategy, drive experiments across the funnel, and turn early users into vocal advocates.
Responsibilities
- Own paid marketing channels and partnership development to acquire users in the UK.
- Track activation and retention metrics, spot funnel gaps, and run experiments to improve results.
- Prioritise and schedule a continuous pipeline of tests across the customer journey.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to launch experiments and analyse outcomes.
- Set up closed-loop analytics that link marketing spend to leads and paying customers.
- Identify and build relationships with external literacy stakeholders.
- Develop an SEO strategy and create content that converts readers into paid users.
- Stay hands-on across product decisions, marketing, and growth initiatives.
Must-haves
- Senior-level experience leading growth or user acquisition for a digital product.
- Strong command of paid marketing, SEO, data analysis, and partnership development.
- Proven ability to design experiments, interpret results, and iterate quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfort working closely with product and executive teams in a remote environment.

- Previous success scaling acquisition in both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business segments.
- Existing network of UK-based partners or literacy-focused organisations.
