About the Role

We are hiring a Senior E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager on a full-time, remote basis. In this position you will own the day-to-day execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of our online sales and marketing programs, ensuring every shopper enjoys a seamless, on-brand experience from discovery to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, paid advertising, and social media, then translate performance data into clear recommendations that lift revenue and ROI.
• Oversee daily e-commerce operations on our Shopify storefront-managing product data, promotions, and site features while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to hit launch timelines.
• Lead cross-functional projects from brief through post-launch review, setting scopes, tracking milestones, and delivering regular updates so every initiative stays on time and on budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, plus at least three to five years in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Workspace (advanced Sheets skills), Shopify or a comparable platform, Klaviyo or similar ESP, paid ad platforms, and social-media management tools.
• Strong project-management, analytical, and communication skills, along with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• U.S. residency and the ability to travel one to two times per year.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus of up to 15 percent.
