We are looking for a high-performance Marketing Manager who wants to turn strategic concepts into high-converting machines.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position that is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will serve as the engine behind our marketing movement, acting as both a project commander and a data detective to own our funnel experience from the creative hook to the final lead handoff.
Your impact
- Manage multi-channel marketing workflows and high-stakes launch calendars for our monthly event engine while analyzing funnel performance to drive rapid, data-backed optimizations.
- Architect the member journey within our social communities to transform new joins into qualified prospects, while establishing a feedback loop that connects high-intent members with our sales team.
- Maintain operational excellence by weaponizing AI tools to increase production speed and auditing campaign performance to ensure all marketing assets are launch-ready and effective.
What you'll need
- Proven experience managing complex marketing workflows and high-stakes launch calendars with a focus on performance marketing.
- A strategic and creative eye, with the ability to provide clear direction to designers and editors to produce high-performing, scroll-stopping content.
- Deep proficiency in data analysis and a practical understanding of how to build workflows using AI tools and automation software.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to take extreme ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across a remote team.
