The role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. As our very first dedicated SEO hire, you will have the autonomy to shape our search strategy from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to own the entire channel, with significant potential for career growth as you eventually build and lead your own team of specialists.

Core responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical audits of our website to identify performance bottlenecks and implement actionable optimization strategies.
• Manage our end-to-end SEO ecosystem, including keyword research, link building, and the development of a high-impact content strategy.
• Collaborate directly with our engineering and web development teams to resolve technical issues, such as crawling errors, page load speeds, and schema markup implementation.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable managing both the high-level strategy and the day-to-day technical execution. We are looking for someone with deep expertise in the following areas:

• Advanced knowledge of Technical SEO, including website architecture, XML sitemaps, and canonical tags.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• A strong background in on-page optimization, including mobile friendliness, site speed, and structured data.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable reports for the wider team.
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate strategies and documentation across the organization.
