What is this role?
This is a full-time, remote Marketing Account Manager position at the senior level. The role is based anywhere in Latin America and follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm EST. You will serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of small business clients, helping them use our platform and marketing tools to reach their goals.
What will you do?
- Manage a large portfolio of small business clients, acting as their dedicated account manager and primary contact.
- Lead monthly video calls to walk clients through a structured marketing program tailored to their specific business needs.
- Set up and implement core marketing tools such as email campaigns, social media management, and SEO, while also handling onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring two to three years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, media, or consulting, ideally within an agency setting where you supported small business owners. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with proven success building relationships with small business clients. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and comfortable leading video conversations. Tech-savvy and highly organized, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and genuinely enjoy helping small businesses grow through creative yet cost-effective marketing strategies.
