What you'll be doing

• You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance, managing incoming queries regarding computer systems, software, and hardware through email, phone, or in-person interactions.
• You will take ownership of the problem-solving process by running diagnostic programs, isolating technical issues, and implementing effective solutions for our network and hardware systems.
• You will act as a technical resource for your colleagues by installing and repairing equipment, managing peripherals, and creating clear documentation to train users on new systems.
