The role
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Department on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a high-impact position for a strategic professional who thrives on building strong internal partnerships and influencing our hiring strategy. You will play a vital role in attracting and retaining top-tier talent, ensuring that every candidate and leader has an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.
Core responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional roles, from initial sourcing and in-depth interviewing to final selection, while ensuring candidates align with our core values.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to provide expert guidance on structured interviewing, selection best practices, and long-term talent planning.
- Drive employer branding and operational initiatives, such as process optimization, recruiting data analysis, and building relationships with educational and community partners to expand our talent pipeline.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in human resources and professional recruiting. We value candidates who bring the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting and a demonstrated ability to build trust with organizational leaders.
- Expertise in coaching interview teams to ensure fair, structured, and effective hiring outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics to inform and improve our hiring strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws, specifically within Michigan, with additional knowledge of multi-state regulations being a significant advantage.
