The opportunity

We are currently building our talent pipeline for future openings within our Information Security and Technical Support divisions. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a Senior level professional who is passionate about technology. By joining this division, you will become part of a collaborative environment that encompasses legal, cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure support. You will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our systems and ensuring our Members receive the high-quality support they expect from us.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate with internal and external groups to maintain and optimize our critical IT infrastructure.
• You will work on the front lines of our security efforts by implementing cybersecurity offerings and deploying essential security patches.
• You will provide comprehensive technical support for our employees and Members while managing internal application maintenance and server upgrades.

Who you are

You are a Senior professional with a strong background in Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Networking, Technical Support, and Infrastructure. You possess the technical expertise necessary to navigate complex systems and the communication skills to support diverse teams. You are fluent in English and are comfortable working in a remote environment where proactive problem-solving is key to our collective success.
