What you bring

We are seeking a Senior professional to join us in a Full Time capacity. This role is Remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. As part of our Information Security and Technical Support division, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with internal and external groups to support robust IT infrastructure.
• Implementing cybersecurity offerings and deploying essential security patches.
• Maintaining internal applications and performing necessary server upgrades while providing high-level technical support to our employees and members.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Networking, Technical Support, and Infrastructure. We value candidates who are comfortable working within complex IT environments and who can communicate effectively in English.
