Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Product Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere. You will act as a versatile leader, balancing product management, engineering oversight, and people development to ensure our platform remains stable, resilient, and high-performing.
Your impact
- Lead cross-functional product development teams by managing backlogs, setting priorities, and overseeing technical delivery.
- Take full accountability for the quality and timely output of your team, ensuring our solutions align with our broader product strategy.

What you'll need
You should be an experienced leader with a strong technical background and a passion for building great products. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and possesses the following qualities:
- Deep expertise in managing both monolithic and distributed web applications within public cloud environments.
- A proven track record of acting as both a product and delivery manager, with the ability to prioritize customer needs and meet deadlines.
- Experience in mentoring and managing teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback-driven culture.
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and commercial goals.
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving, including analyzing logs and code to reduce complexity and technical debt.
Perks and compensation
