Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Product Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere. You will act as a versatile leader, balancing product management, engineering oversight, and people development to ensure our platform remains stable, resilient, and high-performing.

• Lead cross-functional product development teams by managing backlogs, setting priorities, and overseeing technical delivery.

What you'll need

You should be an experienced leader with a strong technical background and a passion for building great products. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and possesses the following qualities:

• Deep expertise in managing both monolithic and distributed web applications within public cloud environments.
• A proven track record of acting as both a product and delivery manager, with the ability to prioritize customer needs and meet deadlines.
• Experience in mentoring and managing teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback-driven culture.
• Strong communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and commercial goals.
• A hands-on approach to problem-solving, including analyzing logs and code to reduce complexity and technical debt.

Perks and compensation
