Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position located in the United States, perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic corporate setting and is ready to take their career to the next level.
Your impact
- Manage the full lifecycle of our technology hardware, including configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and telecommunications equipment.
- Act as a primary troubleshooter for complex software and operating system issues, ensuring that problems are diagnosed and resolved with high efficiency.
- Oversee our software ecosystem by maintaining accurate inventory, managing licensing, and developing clear policies for future upgrades.
What you'll need
