About the Role

We are seeking a Brand Designer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this mid-level role, you will be responsible for orchestrating visual elements into cohesive, impactful designs that reflect our brand identity. You will own your projects from concept to completion, working independently to manage timelines while collaborating across departments to ensure our visual storytelling remains clear, consistent, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate our core brand principles and themes into strategic visual frameworks that scale across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop engaging multi-media narratives and motion graphics that enhance our storytelling and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with our marketing, sales, and product teams to align design execution with our broader roadmap and value proposition.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of creative execution and strategic thinking. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in visual design.
• A robust portfolio that highlights your expertise in both static design and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Figma.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design choices effectively to cross-functional partners.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deliverables.
• A willingness to work on-site at our headquarters 4 to 5 days per week.

This position is based on-site in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits
