What you bring

We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to join us on a full-time basis, working in a hybrid capacity from our headquarters in Solihull, United Kingdom. You will be a key player in our tech team, focusing on high-quality code and scalable architecture. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and building event-driven solutions using Golang and AWS Serverless technologies like Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, and DynamoDB.
• Developing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment cycles.
• Leading and mentoring team members while guiding engineering processes and change management to support our growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in software engineering, specifically with Golang or other strictly typed languages. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of cloud-based serverless services, database design, and the ability to build scalable APIs. You should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and possess a strong grasp of event-driven architecture. Ideal candidates are creative problem solvers who can communicate complex technical concepts clearly to various stakeholders. You should be a collaborative team player who understands the importance of testing, security, and addressing technical debt to maintain high standards of observability and performance.
