About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Product Designer to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be our second full-time product designer, reporting directly to our head of product while collaborating closely with our head of design. This is a high-visibility position where you will work across both of our product pods to help shape the future of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives across our product pods to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience.
- Collaborate directly with our leadership team to translate complex healthcare needs into intuitive, beautiful software solutions.
- Take full ownership of design projects, balancing high-level strategy with the hands-on execution required to support our mission.
