Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Development to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere in the world. You will be instrumental in helping our team members reach their full potential while preparing to scale our internal HR functions as we grow.
Your impact
- You will assess the skill gaps across our organization and design tailored learning strategies that align with our long-term business goals.
- You will act as a key advisor to our leadership team, ensuring our training programs are effective, compliant, and directly contribute to our market differentiation.
- You will manage the entire learning lifecycle, from onboarding external vendors and subject matter experts to tracking progress through our learning management system.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep background in Human Resources and Talent Development. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in:
- Designing and planning comprehensive learning programs.
- Managing vendor relationships and internal stakeholder expectations.
- Utilizing learning management systems to track and optimize employee growth.
- Communicating fluently in English to collaborate with our global team.
