Role at a glance
We are searching for a Community Operations Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position that offers the flexibility of remote work from anywhere in the world. While we are a globally distributed team, you should be comfortable coordinating with colleagues across European and US time zones.
Your impact
- Design and execute strategies that grow and retain a diverse group of Fuel enthusiasts.
- Oversee our social media channels and online forums to ensure a welcoming and productive environment for all users.
- Produce high-quality content, including tutorials and blog posts, that highlights the technical value of our network.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a strong communicator with a genuine passion for building inclusive spaces. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- At least one year of experience in community management, preferably within the blockchain sector.
- A deep understanding of Web3 dynamics and a strong grasp of the current blockchain landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with developers and influencers.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points if you are multilingual or have experience bootstrapping a community from the ground up.
