What you bring

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our engineering team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be expected to leverage your deep technical expertise to drive our projects forward from initial strategy to final deployment. Your work will be central to our success, and you will be located anywhere in the world as you collaborate with our distributed team.

• You will lead a wide variety of initiatives, including system architecture, full life-cycle development, performance optimization, and mentoring junior team members.
• You will design and implement sophisticated cloud-native applications using modern compute, storage, and database services.
• You will manage containerization and deployment workflows using industry-standard tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has a strong command of modern software development practices and a genuine drive to build great things. You should be highly proficient in Python and have experience working with frameworks such as Django or Flask. We also value familiarity with Spring and cloud infrastructure tools like AWS. You must be comfortable communicating in English, as our team operates in a global environment. We value candidates who are proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

What we offer

We are happy to offer a competitive salary range of 120,000 USD to 150,000 USD for this position. We believe in supporting our team members so they can do their best work, which is why we provide the following benefit:
