Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Advanced Riverbed Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position where you will work directly with our core networking technologies to solve complex challenges and support our global client base.
Your impact
- Provide expert-level technical support for our suite of products, including Steelhead appliances and the Central Management Console.
- Optimize network performance by leveraging our patented RiOS technology to streamline data and transport protocols.
- Collaborate with our engineering teams to troubleshoot critical issues and ensure our solutions continue to meet the high standards our customers expect.
What you'll need
- Extensive experience in a senior technical support or engineering role within the networking sector.
- Deep technical knowledge of WAN optimization and the Riverbed ecosystem.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively assist our partners and internal teams.
