Our Taste AI engine draws on over half a billion records and a worldwide consumer-behavior database, all while keeping personal identities out of the equation. Fresh off a Series C round, we are expanding the team that will push this technology further with large language models.
About the Role
We are hiring a LLM Research Lead on a full-time basis. In this senior position you will guide our research agenda, turn promising LLM techniques into production-ready features, and help shape how Taste AI understands consumer preferences at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and steer end-to-end LLM research projects so every initiative supports Qloo’s product and business goals.
- Design and ship practical LLM applications that solve real customer problems while meeting standards for performance, reliability, and ethics.
- Partner with product, engineering, and external academic or industry groups to integrate new LLM capabilities smoothly and keep our technology at the leading edge.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Extensive, hands-on experience with large language models, natural language processing, and machine learning.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, balanced with the ability to dig deep into technical details.
- Self-starter mindset suited to a fast-moving startup environment; comfortable working independently and juggling several projects at once.
Location
Hybrid within the United States, with the option to work from our Soho, NYC headquarters when desired.
