Senior Frontend Engineer at Qloo

With our recent Series C funding, we are scaling our efforts to help businesses navigate the complexities of consumer behavior, and we want you to help us build the next generation of our Insights Platform.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will report directly to our Chief Product Officer and work in close partnership with our Chief Design Officer. You will lead a talented, lean team to translate innovative designs into high-performance web applications, serving as a key architect for our SaaS product's frontend evolution.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the development of sophisticated frontend features and data visualization interfaces using React, JavaScript, and Redux.
• Translate precise design specifications into pixel-perfect implementations while ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate complex APIs and manage deployments through platforms like Netlify.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in building production-grade web applications. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with React and a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in plain JavaScript, including modern ES6+ features.
• Proven expertise in creating complex data visualizations using D3.js or similar libraries.
• Experience working with complex RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• A track record of delivering pixel-perfect designs and maintaining high performance in SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with modern build tools, version control, and deployment platforms like Netlify.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
