The opportunity

We are looking for a Web3 Brand Designer to join our marketing team and take ownership of the visual identity for both our own brand and those of our clients. This is a unique chance to work with a mix of emerging and established companies in the blockchain sector. You will not only execute high-fidelity designs but also have the opportunity to build and lead your own design team. A day in the life

• You will develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure that our visual identity remains consistent across every touchpoint.
• You will collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and PR teams to transform abstract concepts into compelling, high-fidelity visual assets like logos, social media graphics, and marketing materials.
• You will participate in strategic brand meetings, where you will present your creative concepts and contribute to the long-term design direction for our diverse range of clients.

Who you are

You are a mid-level designer with 2 to 4 years of experience in design or tech-focused environments. You possess a strong portfolio that highlights your expertise in typography, color theory, and brand strategy. You are comfortable working with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and the Google Suite. Because we operate in a fast-paced industry, you are a self-starter who can grasp new products quickly. While prior experience in blockchain, Web3, or fintech is a major plus, we are most interested in your genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
