The role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Web3 Brand Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and maintaining the visual identities for both our firm and our diverse range of clients. You will work alongside a world-class marketing team and will eventually be responsible for hiring and leading your own design team. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative professional who is passionate about blockchain and emerging technology to define the visual language of the future.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Lead brand strategy initiatives by contributing creative concepts that enhance the identity and presence of our clients.
• Design a wide array of visual assets, including logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, and email templates, while taking concepts through to high-fidelity execution.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in design and a genuine interest in the Web3 ecosystem. We require the following qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in design, publications, or working within the tech sector.
• A robust portfolio that demonstrates your creativity and expertise in brand design.
• Deep knowledge of typography and color theory fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Suite.
• A proven track record of delivering successful design projects for various audiences.
• The ability to grasp complex products quickly and work with a high degree of self-governance.
• Experience in blockchain, Web3, or fintech, or a demonstrated eagerness to learn these fields.

Bonus points if you have experience with motion graphics, video editing, web design, or user experience principles.
