Responsibilities
- Create and manage comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Contribute creative vision to brand strategy sessions and help shape our clients' visual identities.
- Produce a wide range of assets, including logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, and email templates.
- Present your design concepts to stakeholders and articulate the reasoning behind your creative choices.
- Partner with our content, social, and PR teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact visual campaigns.
- Translate abstract concepts into polished, high-fidelity designs.
- Monitor the evolving Web3 ecosystem to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor design strategies.
- Oversee design operations for our clients to maintain transparency and alignment across all services.
Must-haves
- Two to four years of professional experience in design, publishing, or tech-focused roles.
- A robust portfolio that demonstrates your creativity and expertise in brand design.
- Deep understanding of typography and color theory.
- A proven ability to deliver successful design projects for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Suite.
- The ability to grasp complex products quickly and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, or fintech, or a strong desire to learn these sectors.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English.

- Skills in motion graphics and video editing.
- Knowledge of web design and user experience principles.
- Background in design strategy beyond pure execution.
