We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Vice President to join our executive leadership team. As a fast-growing agency, we specialize in experiential marketing and brand activations, and we need a visionary leader to help us shape our future. In this role, you will champion a culture of innovation, oversee agency operations, and drive growth across our diverse client portfolio. You will work closely with our President to secure new business, refine our brand positioning, and ensure our services remain at the forefront of the industry across Canada.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that align with our long-term business objectives.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and managing high-stakes client pitches.
- Mentor and inspire our marketing and client service teams to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring we deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific business needs.
- Oversee campaign budgets and financial performance to ensure we maintain cost-effective and efficient operations.
- Direct the creative development process to ensure all activations remain consistent with our brand standards.
- Introduce new tools and operational workflows to improve our overall agency efficiency.
Requirements
- Extensive executive experience with a strong background in experiential marketing and brand activations.
- Proven leadership ability in managing agency teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated success in business development, including lead generation and winning new accounts.
- Deep industry knowledge within the CPG and entertainment sectors.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Canva, alongside a strong grasp of branding and creative direction.
- Experience with copywriting and graphic design, either in a hands-on or oversight capacity.
- Fluency in English.
