Vice President of Learning Experience Design at Correlation One

Our mission is to provide equal access to the data-driven careers of the future through virtual, expert-led training programs that are entirely free for our learners. We are currently seeking a Vice President of Learning Experience Design to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This executive role is perfect for a strategic leader who is passionate about creating high-impact educational experiences and shaping the future of workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end customization and delivery of training programs, assessments, and data competitions, ensuring all content is tailored to meet the specific technical and industry needs of our enterprise and government clients.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Learning Designers and Content Developers, fostering a culture of agility, excellence, and continuous improvement while overseeing all content-related workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our Sales, Product, and Operations leadership to align our learning strategies with business goals, drive operational efficiency, and use data-driven insights to refine our educational offerings.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior leadership capacity within the professional upskilling or learning and development space.
• Deep technical acumen with a strong understanding of data science, AI, and generative AI education.
• Proven track record in consulting, curriculum development, and managing educational technologies to drive innovation.
• Exceptional ability to engage with enterprise clients, translate their needs into creative learning solutions, and manage complex projects under pressure.
• Strong background in process optimization and a proactive, problem-solving mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to operate effectively within the EST time zone.

What we offer
