What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior UX/UI & Graphic Designer to join our international marketing department. This is a full-time, remote position that offers you the chance to work with a diverse team spread across the globe. You will report directly to our Marketing Director, Hannes, who will support you as you settle into our collaborative and creative environment.

What will you do?

• Design and refine user-centered assets across our digital ecosystem, including websites, blogs, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Lead the redevelopment of our UI guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity, including typography, icons, and interaction principles across all our brands.
• Develop high-converting user flows, prototypes, and mobile-first designs that prioritize both aesthetics and functionality.

What makes you a great fit?

We are looking for someone who balances creative flair with a deep understanding of marketing objectives. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least three years of professional experience in both UX/UI design and graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and the Adobe CC suite.
• A firm belief that form follows function, paired with excellent conceptual thinking and typography skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• A collaborative spirit and the interpersonal skills to thrive in a remote, international team.
