At Samotics, we help industrial companies eliminate energy waste and reduce emissions through our AI-powered electrical data analytics. As a fast-growing scale-up trusted by major players in manufacturing and heavy industry, we are looking for a UK Marketing Manager to own and accelerate our growth in this strategic market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive UK marketing strategy in close collaboration with our Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Drive pipeline and revenue growth through targeted outbound initiatives and high-impact campaigns.
- Produce high-quality content, including thought leadership pieces, case studies, and customer success stories.
- Strengthen our market position within the UK water sector while supporting expansion into adjacent industrial fields.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid search, paid social, email, and retargeting.
- Plan and execute industry trade shows, customer events, and other professional gatherings.
- Support account-based marketing efforts and lead generation programs.
- Work directly with customers to understand their operational challenges and translate those insights into effective marketing materials.
Must-haves
- At least 6 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within B2B or scale-up environments.
- Residency in the UK with the ability to travel to major customers and hubs.
- Exceptional writing skills with a track record of creating content across various formats and channels.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales and Customer Success departments.
- Domain knowledge in sectors such as utilities, oil and gas, chemicals, steel, or similar heavy industries.
- Technical proficiency or strong familiarity with AI-driven marketing solutions.
- A hands-on, builder mindset with the willingness to execute tasks in-house.
- Fluent in English.

- Direct experience managing and executing professional industry events.
- Basic graphic design capabilities.
- Prior experience driving outbound lead generation campaigns.
