Role at a glance

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, senior-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-driven conversational experiences.

Your impact

• Take full ownership of designing our AI tutoring product, reimagining the language learning journey from the ground up.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to turn concepts into polished, high-value features.
• Develop consistent UX and UI across platforms, ensuring our design language remains intuitive and engaging for our global user base.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a master of your craft with a passion for building consumer-facing products. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

• At least 6 years of professional experience in product design for web and mobile.
• A proven track record of leading design projects within small, agile teams where you are comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities.
• Strong technical skills in prototyping, micro-interactions, and motion design.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, especially when working alongside engineers.
• A deep interest in language learning and experience designing content-forward or audio-based applications is a major plus.
• Fluency in English.
