We are ScienceLogic, the company behind the SL1 AIOps platform that helps organizations gain complete visibility across complex IT environments and automate issue resolution at scale. We are hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead service-provider-focused marketing initiatives that expand adoption of our AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build deep knowledge of our product portfolio and translate its value for service providers and their customers, with emphasis on observability, AIOps, and ITSM.
- Partner with sales, product, services, and pricing teams to shape go-to-market strategies and messaging that address the top priorities of service providers.
- Create and adapt content that enables service providers to position ScienceLogic-powered solutions to their own clients.
- Track market trends in AI and automation adoption among service providers and turn those insights into new business opportunities.
- Keep ScienceLogic.com and partner sites current with differentiated positioning and up-to-date assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners or agencies to deliver projects on schedule while balancing workloads.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five or more years of product marketing, partner marketing, or related B2B technology marketing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting.
- Working knowledge of the observability and AIOps landscape and current trends.
- Proven ability to develop messaging and programs that engage service providers as both partners and channels.
- Solid market-research skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and balancing multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills that uncover new opportunities.
- Ability to craft stories and collateral for both business and technical audiences.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint for creating polished presentations and assets.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience working with managed service providers or channel partners in the IT operations space.
- Familiarity with generative AI applications in enterprise IT environments.
