At UpGuard, we are on a mission to protect the world’s data by helping organizations automate the remediation of cyber risk. As a Senior Web Designer, you will join our marketing team to transform complex cybersecurity concepts into immersive, high-impact digital experiences that resonate with our global users.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative design strategies that elevate our website into a truly engaging user experience.
Lead the redesign of web layouts to improve navigation and establish new benchmarks for our digital presence.
Collaborate closely with our Webflow developer to ensure your designs are executed with precision and impact.
Create a variety of UI-based experiences, ranging from interactive events to custom online tools.
Align every design project with our broader marketing strategy to ensure our visual storytelling supports our business goals.
Build and maintain a robust Figma component library that remains consistent with our evolving CSS standards.

Must-haves

At least 6 years of professional experience in web design, supported by a portfolio of sophisticated, high-quality interfaces.
A proactive mindset with the ability to push creative boundaries and deliver groundbreaking design solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, specifically regarding the management of complex component libraries.
Hands-on experience with Webflow and a deep understanding of responsive design and web accessibility standards.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to translate strategic insights into memorable digital UI experiences.

Nice-to-haves

Prior experience working within the SaaS or cybersecurity sectors.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to assist with graphic design and multimedia tasks.
