We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Poland on a full-time basis. At RTB House, we specialize in cutting-edge marketing technology, and we are proud to operate the world’s first ad-buying engine powered entirely by Deep Learning algorithms. As part of our Context Intelligence Platform team, you will help us analyze massive volumes of web data to drive contextual targeting across the Open Internet. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact systems that directly influence our global business performance.

Responsibilities

Build and refine automated systems for categorizing, interpreting, and labeling web content.
Design and implement robust web services and APIs that support our core operations.
Maintain the reliability and scalability of our production systems while developing tools to monitor their performance.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.
Proven background in designing or maintaining distributed, real-time data processing solutions.
Proficiency in our core technology stack, including Python 3, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Google BigQuery, Redis, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, or Google Pub/Sub.
Experience working within the Google Cloud Platform environment.
A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects from the initial concept through to long-term maintenance.
Professional fluency in both English and Polish at a C1 level.
