At WalkMe, we are looking for a driven and innovative Senior Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence to help inform our go-to-market efforts by deeply understanding the competitive landscape and owning timely communication to our sales, product, partner and marketing organizations. The ideal candidate brings experience with SaaS products and AI applications, possesses strong critical thinking skills, and exhibits a proactive, can-do attitude.
What You'll Own
Build and manage a world-class competitive intelligence program to serve as the internal authority / SME on competitive and market dynamicsBuild and deliver clear, compelling, fact-based enablement materials - slides, battlecards - highlighting WalkMe’s product and technology differentiationTrack, analyze, and share timely responses to market announcements Recruit and cultivate a powerful internal network of intel sharing through company team members and existing company channelsCollaborate with marketing, product, and field teams to help drive competitive positioning strategies and influence product roadmap and messagingSpearhead the win/loss analysis program and help drive action across the GTM motion based on key insights Utilize competitive intelligence tools and platforms to automate and enhance research processes. Experience with AI tools is a plus.What You Need To Succeed

The starting OTE for this role is between $150,000 and $180,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
