What is this role?
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to join us full time. This is a senior-level position where you will guide the look, feel, and flow of our product from early ideas through final implementation, all from a remote setting with a preference for candidates in the continental United States.
What will you do?
- Own the complete design process, from initial research and concept sketches to polished prototypes and hand-off, always keeping the student experience at the center.
- Partner daily with product managers, engineers, and other teammates to turn shared goals into clear product requirements and thoughtful solutions.
- Run user research and usability tests, then use the findings to refine designs and keep our product both useful and delightful.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring at least four years of product design experience and a portfolio that shows both your process and the results you have delivered. You are fluent in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and comfortable applying user-centered design principles at every step. Clear communication comes naturally to you, and you enjoy presenting your thinking and incorporating feedback. A genuine interest in education and helping students succeed is essential. Experience in a fast-paced startup or familiarity with the college admissions space is a plus but not required.
