Senior Product Designer - Platform at Jellyfish

What you bring

In this full-time, remote role, you will act as a key architect for our platform vision. You will work closely with leadership and our customers to ensure our tools are as scalable as they are user-friendly. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Defining and refining the overarching strategy for our platform, ensuring that our storytelling and product direction remain clear and impactful.
• Driving critical product decisions by analyzing quantitative data and conducting deep-dive user research with engineering leaders.
• Leading cross-functional collaboration efforts to deliver high-quality, cohesive experiences across our entire platform ecosystem.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned designer with at least 6 years of experience in product-focused digital design. You should be a master of system thinking, capable of untangling complex interconnected dependencies to create simple, usable solutions. We value candidates who have a sharp eye for visual and interaction design, as well as the ability to articulate nuanced ideas through high-fidelity prototyping. You must be comfortable working directly with customers to inform your design process, and you should be adept at communicating your rationale to diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required, and you must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Beyond your technical toolkit, we value humility, a performance-driven mindset, and a collaborative spirit. If you have experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments or a background in software engineering, that is a significant plus.
