What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Brisbane, where you will spend two days each week in our Milton office and enjoy the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week. As a senior member of our brand team, you will be instrumental in ensuring our product and brand identity shine across all platforms.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with our marketing department to plan and develop engaging visual content for our social media, email campaigns, and overall online presence.
- Produce innovative design solutions, ranging from digital assets and illustrations to print materials and event swag, while keeping our brand identity sharp and effective.
- Develop website UI mockups for both desktop and mobile, ensuring we follow design best practices while exploring creative new solutions.

You are a proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a true passion for design. We are looking for someone who communicates well and can manage their time effectively to deliver high-quality work. Your background should include the following:
- Strong experience using Figma for design projects.
- A deep understanding of branding and design principles, with a desire to stay current on the latest industry trends.
- A collaborative mindset that prioritizes team success, along with the ability to work autonomously when needed.
- Knowledge of motion design is considered a nice-to-have skill, though it is not strictly required.
- Professional proficiency in English.
