We are looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to join our team in the United States. Since 1935, our family company has grown into a national leader in specialty olives, peppers, and sauces, and we are dedicated to bringing people together through high-quality food. You will report directly to our CEO, Jeff Mezzetta, and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and driving growth for our portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Translate our founder's creative vision into impactful campaigns that boost brand awareness and sales.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing department by establishing efficient processes and cultivating top talent.
- Manage brand storytelling and activations across packaging, digital platforms, and in-store touchpoints.
- Oversee omnichannel marketing efforts, including retail, trade, and digital strategies.
- Partner with our sales team to strengthen our presence with retail accounts and drive sell-through.
- Foster community engagement through social media, influencer partnerships, and grassroots initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance while maintaining our unique brand DNA.
Must-haves
- 7 to 15+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the CPG or food and beverage sectors.
- Proven ability to execute bold, consumer-focused marketing strategies.
- Extensive experience managing omnichannel marketing efforts, such as PR, digital, and trade marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling teams while remaining hands-on.
- A data-driven mindset combined with expertise in content creation, brand storytelling, and packaging design.
- Fluency in English.
- A passion for working within a founder-led environment and bringing a creative vision to life.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $240,000 to $265,000 USD.
