About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. As the primary designer for our Go-to-Market team, you will be instrumental in shaping our visual identity and bringing our brand and products to life. This is a multidisciplinary role where you will balance the creation of robust visual systems with the production of high-quality assets that tell our brand story across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain marketing assets for product launches, campaigns, and events, including digital content, video, web pages, print materials, and presentation decks.
- Collaborate with leadership to build scalable design engines and efficient workflows, including the creation of templates and automated processes.
- Manage external creative talent, such as illustrators or animators, to ensure all output meets our high standards for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in visual, brand, or graphic design, ideally within the technology sector.
- Expertise in industry-standard design software, specifically the Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to handle branding, print, and digital projects.
- A deep understanding of core design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
