Senior Brand Designer at Finary

What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join us on a contractor basis. This is a remote role, and we are looking for a partner who can dedicate approximately 2 to 3 days per week to support our growth, marketing, and content initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining our visual identity across various touchpoints while building systems that allow our team to move faster. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing high-impact assets for product launches, paid advertising, social media, and landing pages.
• Developing and evolving a practical brand system, including Figma templates and reusable components, to ensure consistency and speed.
• Proactively contributing creative concepts and directions that align visual design with our acquisition and conversion goals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in brand design, with at least 4 years of experience at top-tier startups or creative studios. You should be a systems-minded builder who understands how visual craft, messaging, and performance metrics intersect. We value individuals who are fluent in Figma and comfortable integrating AI tools into their daily workflow to accelerate prototyping and production. You must be proficient in English and located within a time zone that is plus or minus two hours from Central European Time. We are looking for someone with a low ego, high standards, and the ability to work independently to turn briefs into compelling visual realities.
