Senior Brand Designer, Website at Vanta

At Vanta, we are on a mission to help businesses build and demonstrate trust through continuous security monitoring. We are a dynamic team looking to push the boundaries of conventional B2B marketing, and we are currently seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join us on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will serve as the primary creative force behind our most significant digital touchpoint, vanta.com. You will translate our brand identity into beautiful, high-impact web experiences that communicate our purpose and point of view to the world.

Responsibilities

• Design editorial-quality web experiences that clearly communicate our brand, product, and vision through a blend of creativity and strategic clarity.
• Own the end-to-end design process for high-impact web pages, ranging from initial concept and art direction to responsive execution and developer handoff.
• Create compelling data visualizations, infographics, and visual metaphors that make complex security concepts feel accessible, memorable, and engaging.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in visual storytelling and a passion for digital design. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A BFA in graphic design or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in web, brand, or visual design, ideally within a fast-paced technology company.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to execute brand storytelling through marketing websites, including at least three shipped projects and one example highlighting motion or interaction decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of responsive design, typography, and layout best practices.
• Experience collaborating with developers and a working knowledge of how to translate design systems into functional web experiences.
• A curious mindset regarding emerging technologies, including AI prototyping and ideation tools.
