The opportunity
As our new Regional Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our footprint within the refining and petrochemical sectors. This is a full-time, remote position that offers you the chance to work independently while staying deeply connected to our technical teams. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying new project opportunities to closing orders for our specialized capital equipment. By working closely with corporate offices and engineering contractors, you will ensure that our customers receive the exact solutions they need to succeed.
A day in the life
- You will actively engage with both new and existing customers to promote our product line, ensuring that you understand their unique operational needs and identifying new ways to provide value.
- You will manage the flow of inquiries and quotes, providing timely and professional feedback to ensure that we are always meeting the high standards our clients expect from Zeeco.
- You will deliver technical presentations to key decision makers, using your expertise to explain the benefits of our combustion and heat transfer equipment while gathering market intelligence on upcoming projects.
Who you are
We are looking for a senior-level professional who is comfortable navigating complex technical environments. You should be a clear communicator who can influence decision makers and build trust at all levels of an organization. To be successful in this role, we look for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is highly preferred.
- At least 3 years of direct experience in capital equipment sales.
- Strong technical knowledge of the hydrocarbon or chemical processing industries, specifically regarding combustion or heat transfer equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- The ability and willingness to travel domestically as needed to support our clients.
