We are Companial, a Microsoft-focused Cloud Solutions Provider distributor that supports a network of 300–400 Canadian channel partners with the tools and programs they need to deliver Microsoft cloud solutions. As the first marketer dedicated to North America, you will shape our regional presence from the ground up while working closely with our established European teams.

Responsibilities

Design and run partner-focused marketing programs that increase engagement, generate leads, and support recruitment of new channel partners across Canada.
Manage our North American digital channels-including the website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM efforts-while tracking performance and refining tactics to improve results.
Plan and deliver events, webinars, newsletters, and co-marketing resources that strengthen brand visibility and help partners grow their Microsoft cloud businesses.

Requirements

3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or the Microsoft partner ecosystem, with a proven ability to build and execute programs independently.
Strong digital skills across email platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp, LinkedIn advertising, content management systems, and analytics tools including Google Analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, plus experience working with channel partners, resellers, or similar ecosystems; familiarity with the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program or CSP model is an asset.

What we offer

Annual salary range of $80,000 to $110,000.
