What is this role?
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager on a full-time basis. The position is based on-site in the Bay Area and calls for a senior-level professional who is comfortable working with autonomy and driving initiatives from start to finish.
What will you do?
- Partner with product management, corporate marketing, customer success, and sales to understand market needs and shape go-to-market plans for our AI products.
- Develop messaging frameworks, positioning statements, and a wide range of content such as data sheets, white papers, case studies, pitch decks, and industry-specific assets that speak to different buyer personas.
- Lead cross-functional launch efforts, run competitive and market analyses, create sales playbooks and enablement tools, and measure product adoption to keep our GTM motions sharp and effective.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring five to eight years of product marketing experience in medium-to-large B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally within IT service management or customer service environments. Strong writing, messaging, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to juggle multiple projects, set priorities, and deliver under tight timelines. Prior work at a technology startup, comfort with solution-selling processes, and a technical grasp of AI, machine learning, generative AI, and LLM-powered search are all highly valued. We communicate in English, so fluency in that language is required.
