Our tools help business owners attract leads, manage payments, and book projects with ease. We are currently searching for a Product Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in our San Francisco office 2 to 3 days per week. You will play a vital role in our mission to help independent entrepreneurs scale their businesses with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption of core financial and business features to improve overall customer retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that keep our members informed and engaged regarding product improvements and new launches.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to integrate AI into our platform by leveraging customer research and a deep understanding of user needs.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a product marketing role at a product-led growth company or a firm serving small businesses.
- Proven ability to distill complex product concepts into clear, compelling messaging and content strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy and tell insightful stories.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a genuine curiosity about how AI can enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence product strategy through cross-functional collaboration.
What we offer
