We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in a full-time capacity. Our platform is trusted by major organizations and government agencies worldwide to solve critical challenges, ranging from protecting national security to combating modern slave labor. You will play a vital role in shaping a platform that connects the public and private sectors, helping our clients navigate complex, global supply chain networks.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, end-to-end workflows that address complex, multi-stakeholder challenges across our global network.
- Create collaborative product experiences that facilitate information exchange and drive growth across our user base.
- Partner with our design systems team to build extensible patterns and work closely with engineering, product, and data science teams to prototype and validate solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer, specifically within multi-user enterprise SaaS environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to solve intricate user patterns and non-linear workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell a compelling story about your design process.
- Proficiency with CSS and styling React components, or a strong desire to learn these technical skills.
- A passion for systems thinking and a drive to solve large-scale, complex problems.
What we offer
