The Opportunity at Altana
As a Product Designer, you will contribute to the development of a groundbreaking platform that maps the global supply chain and powers trusted commerce. In this role, you will be responsible for designing collaborative, intuitive workflows for the world’s largest multinational enterprises, logistics services providers, financial services providers, and government agencies; and you will help to drive a range of in-product collaboration and product-led growth initiatives that enable information and value exchange across the private and public sector.
You’ll define experiences for our product that enables customers to gain unprecedented visibility, benefit from shared artificial intelligence across a federated network of data, and interact across the network through a shared source of truth. We help our customers to build and manage trusted global supply chains.
What you’ll do at Altana
- Develop end-to-end workflows for complex, multi-stakeholder use cases and jobs-to-be-done across our network of customers.
- Develop collaborative product experiences to enable coordination and information exchange across user groups and organizations, driving in-product network interactions and network growth.
- Work within our design systems team to ensure extensible patterns that work effectively across our product lines.
- Share your work regularly with peers and leadership, incorporating feedback and collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive alignment and focused execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams on product discovery, development, and delivery; build and validate prototypes rapidly through user testing and research.

Experience/Skills Required:
- 5+ years experience as a UX or Product Designer in multi-user enterprise SaaS products and collaborative product experiences
- A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates the ability to solve problems dealing with complex user patterns, collaboration, and non-linear workflows.
- A deep interest in product development and technology; excited about building incredible product experiences
- An excellent communication skills and storyteller
- Comfort level with CSS and styling React components or desire to learn
US Salary Range and Benefits
$120,000 - $150,000 USD
The salary range, to the extent specified for this role, is a good faith statement of the minimum and maximum levels of the annual based salary for the position. The base salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on a wide range of compensation factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Altana's total compensation package. Altana also offers either a discretionary bonus or a variable compensation plan depending on the role. Additionally, Altana offers top-tier benefits for full-time employees, including:
