What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a leadership-level position for a human-centered designer who wants to shape the future of clinical research. You will be responsible for defining the strategy and visual language of our data capture platforms, ensuring that our complex internal systems translate into intuitive and effective experiences for our users.

What will you do?

• Translate intricate clinical research workflows into streamlined, user-friendly interfaces that perform reliably in real-world environments.
• Champion user-centered design principles while navigating the ambiguity of a fast-moving, innovative industry.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and key stakeholders to plan, scope, and execute high-impact design solutions.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should be a strong systems thinker with at least 6 years of experience shipping end-to-end product experiences. You are comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment and have a bias toward action. We value candidates who can bridge the gap between complex data and elegant design, and who are eager to explore how AI can be integrated to solve real-world problems. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable defining problems as much as solving them. Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or data-heavy applications is considered a significant plus.
