Key outcomes
- Lead the design of AI-driven products that deliver measurable impact for enterprise and government users.
- Partner with the Chief Design Officer and product leads to expand and refine our product suite with a high standard of craft and detail.
- Establish and uphold design quality across projects while contributing to a collaborative and rigorous design culture.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define production processes and communicate design strategy, updates, and progress.
- Drive efficiency in design execution while participating in group critique to maintain consistent standards.
Requirements
- Seven or more years of professional design experience.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring creative professionals.
- Strong command of interaction design, product design, visual design, user interface design, and user experience design principles.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to deliver under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies.
Compensation
We offer a salary range of $140,000 to $150,000. Additional benefits include dental insurance, vision insurance, flexible work location, professional development opportunities, and a hybrid work arrangement.
